Returns & Replacements

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MaxBody (www.maxbody.com), simply return the product(s) to us within 15 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, DHL, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and track-able delivery. If the carrier damaged your package in shipment, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-855-MAX.BODY (1-855-629-2639). The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a MaxBody store, partnered retail store or any other website may not be returned to www.maxbody.com.If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.maxbody.com please return to the place of purchase for resolution.

Instructions for returns:

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO OUR MAILING ADDRESS. RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN RMA NUMBER IS ASSIGNED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. 

In order to return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by calling 855.MAX.BODY or Email Us. RMA numbers are good for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. 

Please Note:

All products received without prior Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number will be refused upon delivery. Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and issue.
